Lisa Park is a clinical social worker specializing in trauma-informed psychotherapy and family systems. Over her 15-year career, she has designed behavioral health programs that address unresolved trauma as a core driver of substance dependency.
She coordinates our guides on codependency, enabling boundaries, and Al-Anon style family recovery frameworks.
